Carers NSW Care2Prepare team will be hosting a Collaborating for Inclusive Disaster Resilience Symposium on 18 March 2025 in Sydney, NSW. The symposium will bring together disaster risk reduction researchers, peak organisations, practitioners and government decision makers to share knowledge and engage on this topic.
Carers NSW invites poster presentation abstracts from anyone in the Australian context interested in showcasing inclusive disaster risk reduction research, programs and activities that consider and respond to disaster risks facing people living with a disability, older people and their carers.
Poster presentations provide a visual display of research, programs or professional innovations and the opportunity for accepted authors to discuss their work with interested delegates.
Accepted posters will be displayed at the symposium from 9am to 4pm on 18 March 2025 at the Aerial Function Centre UTS, Ultimo.
Accepted posters will also be shared electronically with delegates after the event.
